These Terms of Service govern your use of the Open Ground Dorset website and the booking of outdoor experiences, programmes, and services offered by Open Ground Dorset ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7–14 days may receive a partial refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel due to severe weather or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, without refund. Participants must disclose any medical conditions or additional needs that may affect their safety.
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. We maintain appropriate public liability insurance and take all reasonable precautions. We are not liable for loss or injury caused by participant negligence or failure to follow instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
